Inside the buildings are shaped largely by modern architectural vision as is estimated in 1962 by P. The fact is that the buildings are of great importance for the Greek architecture, the most important public buildings postwar generation, achieving integration through the peculiar and primitive Greek landscape, errizosi a modern pure and genuine architectural expression, which consistently interpreted the early modern movement, through a code of cultural scene.

In 1972 it was bought by brothers Papachristou who contributed to the rescue and continuous operation. Renamed to Hotel Theoxenia. In 1981 he became the extension of 107 rooms. Successive renovations have taken place since that time.
